This unmissable event was an opportunity to meet some wonderful people, but also to reconnect with many of our loyal customers, with whom we have long shared a passion for fine wines.
This edition has also reinforced our desire to offer a selection of Burgundy wines to anyone who wishes to purchase them, in addition to our flagship wine: Volnay 1er Cru Les Chevrets. Its 2023 vintage was a resounding success at tastings, confirming the enthusiasm it generates.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone who came to meet us and look forward to continuing these discussions in the coming months.
]]>This small plot – which we own outright – holds a special place in our hearts. It embodies the soul and identity of our wine merchantage, and its wine is its flagship product.
Exceptional quality
The grapes from the 2025 harvest display a remarkable concentration. The berries, small but intense, promise wines of great depth, both elegant and powerful, as Volnay knows so well how to offer.

A limited harvest
While the quality is there, the quantity remains low: only three rooms were able to be harvested. The summer heatwave reduced volumes, making this vintage rare and precious. By way of comparison, we only produced one piece (around 280 bottles) during the difficult 2021 vintage, which was also our first.
A confidential wine
The Volnay Premier Cru Les Chevrets 2025 will therefore be a rare wine, produced in very small quantities, reflecting a demanding but generous year in terms of intensity. We are eager to follow its ageing alongside our partner Henri Boillot and to introduce it to you in a few months' time as the most accomplished expression of our expertise and our attachment to Volnay.
]]>Guests were able to taste our wines from Burgundy, New Zealand and of course the jewel of the Principality: Monte-Carlo Vermouth.
It was a real pleasure for our teams to share our passion and enthusiasm with so many industry professionals.
